| When working with an exclusive buyer's agent, you should let your agent know immediately if you have any interest in a property listed for sale by owner (FSBO - pronounced fizz-bo). Without another agent representing the seller, it is your agent who will ensure that the appropriate disclosures and other legal documents are properly prepared and delivered. Your agent shall also see that commissions and other customary fees will be paid by the seller on your behalf. |
